We’re really excited to announce that we’re opening a satellite office in Austin, Texas. Now, why would we do that? Stunning growth. The Austin market is incredible right now. 150 people a day are moving into that market, but more important from our point of view is industry diversification. The Woodlands, Texas, is oil town, Austin, Texas, is tech town, and one thing we’ve learned is the fortunes of the two industries are not remotely correlated.

How is this going to impact our existing clientele? Well, first, in Austin, Texas, we’ve pretty much just set up a very small office, just enough room to meet clients. It’s going to be a virtual office. We’re going to have a strong preference to go to meetings, but all the operations, all the paperwork, the rebalancing, all the many things that we do behind the scenes to improve your client experience, they’re still going to be run out of our global world headquarters, here in The Woodlands, Texas.

Our team is going to continue to live and work here, and only if future traction warrants will we put boots on the ground permanently in Austin, and for that we would hire people. The focus is on making no changes for our existing clients. We just want to leverage our detailed process and the advanced technology that we’ve built and put in place, but we’re very much about The Woodlands, Texas.

This is about market diversification. We preach it to the clients and we’re doing it for ourselves. This is about safety. For our firm, and that means for our clients. The only purpose of this video is, again, to say that we’re proud to announce the new Austin office. We’re very excited, but we want to get ahead of the curve and make sure that all of your concerns are addressed before they’re even asked.

This is going to be great for our firm, it’s going to be great for our clients, it’s going to be great for you. We wish you the best from the best in success. Thank you.
