More About Paul

ENTJs are natural-born leaders, known for their confidence, strategic thinking, and ability to drive results. Assertive and future-focused, they thrive on challenge and efficiency, making bold decisions with clarity and purpose. Commanders are ideal in roles that demand vision, structure, and execution, making them powerful catalysts for growth and innovation.

Someone with a 7-6-7-1 Kolbe profile tends to research deeply and seek out detailed information, driven by a strong need to understand and clarify. They naturally organize systems and strategies to manage that information efficiently, balancing structure with some flexibility. Their high Quick Start instinct means they are inclined to take bold action, adapt quickly, and initiate change with confidence. This combination of strengths makes them well-suited for roles such as strategist, analyst, planner, entrepreneur, or innovator, particularly in fields that demand both precision and the ability to think and act quickly without involving hands-on labor.

The Culture Index "Architect" is a strategic, analytical thinker who excels at solving complex problems and designing efficient systems. Independent and detail-oriented, Architects thrive in roles that value precision, structure, and innovation. They prefer autonomy over collaboration and bring a high standard of excellence to everything they do.

This DISC profile shows a natural leader who is goal-oriented and assertive (D 6) but adapts their style in team settings by softening their dominance. The DI blend indicates a persuasive, action-oriented person who communicates well and drives results but may prefer fast-paced environments over routine or detail-heavy tasks. They’re flexible, influential, and thrive when leading with purpose and collaboration.

Significance: Driven by purpose, value recognition and appreciation, want to do work that matters.

Futuristic: Visionary, forward-thinking, imaginative.

Individualization: Customization, empathy, personalization.

Focus: Goal-oriented, disciplined, aligned.

Maximizer: Excellence-oriented, discerning, improvement-driven.

Personal Values Statement

I am committed to living a life of integrity, servant leadership, and kindness, guided by a balanced and informed perspective. My purpose is to care for and uplift those around me – my loved ones, friends, and team members – while building a brighter future rooted in meaningful relationships and shared success.

I believe in the power of knowledge, understanding, and tolerance, striving to see the big picture and advocate for the greater good over selfish interests. I value fairness, mutual respect, and the protection of those I hold dear, as well as humanity, including the preservation and improvement of the liberal (defined here as economic and personal freedom) Western world order.

Though I face challenges and carry the weight of difficult decisions, I aim to grow from these experiences, remaining generous and supportive of those I care about. I channel my energy into championing causes that align with my values, traveling the world, and seeking wisdom through lifelong learning.

My relationships are at the heart of my self-worth and fulfillment. I cherish my family, especially my daughter, grandchildren, and my life partner, and I am deeply invested in the growth and well-being of my professional team. I find purpose in mentoring others, contributing to humanity and the planet, and fostering intellectual connections.

Through all I do, I seek to leave a legacy of meaningful contributions, compassion, and progress, ensuring that my actions align with my values.
