Paul leads a team of wealth managers in building and executing financial plans for high net worth individuals and families. By establishing and maintaining open lines of communication, Paul stays up to date on clients’ lives so that he can proactively provide guidance and direction as they navigate the challenges and opportunities presented to them.
While not with clients, Paul spends time working on the development of his team, the firm, and the community. Both internally and externally, he takes pride in seeing the success of others.
Paul graduated summa cum laude from the University of Maryland in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. He subsequently earned his Master of Science degree in Finance at Texas A&M University, graduating in 1987. In order to best serve his clients, Paul earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERâ„¢ designation and encourages his team to do the same.
While not in the office, Paul and his wife Helen enjoy going to the theater, live music, and travel. Paul has been a pilot for over 30 years and still enjoys piloting his team to visit clients around the country. An accomplished sailor and scuba diver, Paul can often be found close to the nearest body of water.

Elizabeth joined Avion in 2012 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Texas A&M University. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERâ„¢ professional, a state registered Investment Advisor Representative and holds her Series 65 license. She is also a member of the Leadership Montgomery County Class of 2023.
Elizabeth’s favorite thing to do is spend time with her husband Sean, and their two daughters, Emilia and Madeleine. She loves the theatre, trying new restaurants, and traveling within the US and abroad.

Serving as the firm’s Compliance Coordinator, Ashley maintains a comprehensive compliance program through the ever changing regulatory environment. This enables the firm to proactively meet complex regulatory standards in the everyday business practices.
Ashley also functions as the firm’s CPA Liaison. In this role, she ensures that the tax strategies implemented by wealth managers reach the client’s CPA for proper reporting. She provides the CPA with all custodial prepared tax documents and serves as a resource for both the client and CPA.
Ashley, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERâ„¢, earned a Master of Science Degree in Personal Financial Planning from the number one rated Board Certified Financial Planning Program in the country, Texas Tech University.
Ashley and her husband Vince have two delightful young children, Adeline and Jack. They enjoy spending time with their families, traveling, fishing, hunting, being on the water and anything else that gets them outside.

In 2011, Sarah graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management. After beginning her career in the banking industry, she joined EWM in 2014. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERâ„¢ professional and a state registered Investment Advisor Representative and holds her Series 65 license.
When not in the office, you can find Sarah and her husband Ben outside kayaking, hiking or biking. In the fall, she can be found rooting for her beloved Aggies during college football season. She enjoys cooking and what she lacks in training, she makes up for in enthusiasm.

Katie joined Avion Wealth in 2014 after attending the University of Mary Hardin Baylor. She has a background in event planning that she leverages in her role at Avion ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
When she’s not in the office, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband, Scott and their daughter, Emma Kate. She loves being on the golf course with Scott and their friends, baking, taking walks with Emma, and spending time with her family.

Cydney started her career as a Financial Cost Controller and Accountant in the Oil and Gas industry while studying for her undergraduate honors degree in Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance. She is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of her European College, University of Bradford, where she attained First-Class Honors and an Outstanding Academic Achievement award. She went on to work for two of the Big 4 accounting firms. Cydney brings 8 years of experience in different industries coupled with her strong analytical skills in Investment and Portfolio Management. She is currently pursuing her Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) certification and passed her Level 1. She is also a state registered investment advisor representative and holds her Series 65 license.
During her free time, Cydney simply loves being outdoors with her husband Corey, spending the weekend on a boat or camping in the woods. She also loves travelling and exploring new adventures which she believes are the best way to learn and put things into perspective. On casual nights, her day usually ends with just a good book to read and spending time with her loved ones.

She also holds her Series 6, 63 and SIE licenses. Megan believes expanding her knowledge and earning her certifications will make her an invaluable member of the Avion Wealth team.

Your Wealth Manager
Your Wealth Manager is responsible for investment decisions and the implementation of your plan. They are also your main point of contact for any high-level discussions or concerns. Your Wealth Manager will always try to get back to you within the time frames noted below. If they are unable to do so, your Relationship Manager or Client Administrative Assistant will reach out.
Your Relationship Manager
Your Relationship Manager closely supports your Wealth Manager with much of the heavy lifting involved with your plan and individual accounts. They are typically the logical point of contact for most account and planning questions or concerns. Your Relationship Manager will always try to get back to you within the time frames noted below. If they are unable to do so, your Wealth Manager or Client Administrative Assistant will reach out.
Your Client Administrative Assistant
Every client has a Client Administrative Assistant who assists with scheduling, meeting preparations, paperwork, and the initial build of your plan. Your Client Administrative Assistant will be able to answer many questions regarding your accounts, transfers and other administrative needs. Your Client Administrative Assistant will always try to get back to you within the time frames noted below. If they are unable to do so, your Relationship Manager will reach out.
