To qualify, you must:
• Be a full-time employee with at least 12 months of continuous service
• Be in good standing at the time of your anniversary
• Have a current, non-deferred student loan in your name

The Avion Wealth 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan supports your long-term financial security with both safe harbor and discretionary profit-sharing contributions. All eligible employees receive automatic safe harbor contributions, and additional profit-sharing may be awarded at year-end based on firm performance.
Eligibility:
You can participate once you:
• Are at least 21 years old, and
• Have completed either 250 hours in 3 months or 1,000 hours in one year
Plan participation begins on the first day of the next calendar quarter after you meet these criteria. Profit-sharing contributions are typically awarded to employees active on the last day of the plan year, with exceptions for retirement, disability, or death.
The plan is administered by Retirement Plan Consultants.
