We cover 100% of employee-only premiums for our premium medical plan, starting on your first day. If you choose a different option, your premium credit can be applied toward dependent coverage or a plan upgrade. All plans are offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield, providing nationwide PPO access and strong member support.

Dental & Vision

(Guardian)

Dental and vision coverage begins on day one, no waiting periods, no delays. We cover 100% of employee-only premiums through Guardian, providing straightforward access to care and preventive services.

FreshBenies

(Family Wellness & Convenience)

Income Protection

Retirement Planning

We offer a 401(k)-retirement savings plan with a competitive company contribution. Employees are eligible to participate after 90 days of employment, with employer contributions designed to support long-term financial wellness and align with our commitment to financial stewardship.

Short-Term Disability

(Guardian)

Coverage begins your first day and protects a portion of your income if you’re unable to work due to illness or injury. Provided through Guardian and 100% employer-paid, this benefit helps reduce financial stress during recovery.

Long-Term Disability

(Guardian)

Should you face a long-term medical event, this coverage replaces a portion of your income to help safeguard your financial stability. It’s 100% covered by Avion and begins automatically on your first day.

Basic Life Insurance

(Guardian)

We provide a $50,000 life insurance policy at no cost to you, effective immediately upon joining. It’s a simple way to help protect those who matter most.

Student Loan Repayment Match

Avion Wealth’s Student Loan Repayment Anniversary Benefit supports your financial progress by helping you pay down student debt faster. Each year on your work anniversary, the firm matches the total principal payments you made over the past 12 months—up to $2,500 annually. The payment is sent directly to your loan servicer and applied to your principal balance.

To qualify, you must:

• Be a full-time employee with at least 12 months of continuous service

• Be in good standing at the time of your anniversary

•  Have a current, non-deferred student loan in your name

•  Provide documentation showing 12 months of on-time principal payments

This benefit is offered under Avion’s Qualified Educational Assistance Program.

Profit Sharing Plan

The Avion Wealth 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan supports your long-term financial security with both safe harbor and discretionary profit-sharing contributions. All eligible employees receive automatic safe harbor contributions, and additional profit-sharing may be awarded at year-end based on firm performance.

Eligibility:
You can participate once you:

• Are at least 21 years old, and

• Have completed either 250 hours in 3 months or 1,000 hours in one year

Plan participation begins on the first day of the next calendar quarter after you meet these criteria. Profit-sharing contributions are typically awarded to employees active on the last day of the plan year, with exceptions for retirement, disability, or death.

The plan is administered by Retirement Plan Consultants.

Time Away

Paid Time Off (PTO)

New hires begin accruing PTO immediately, with a minimum of 14 days available in the first year. Unused PTO is not lost, giving you the freedom to plan time away with confidence and peace of mind.

Paid Sick Days

Avion provides four paid sick days annually to support your health and peace of mind. Sick days begin accruing on your first day and are never lost—they carry over from year to year, so you’re covered when the unexpected happens.

Birthday Off

We believe your birthday should be yours to enjoy. Every team member receives their birthday as a fully paid day off—no request needed. Whether you celebrate or unplug, the day is yours.
